My Goring Family

I have been researching my father and mother's family lines for the past 10 years.  It has been a great time of wonderful surprises, tramping through cemeteries, and going through records in musty old court houses.  I have traveled to England to meet family cousins and see first hand where my grandfather grew up, and have found new friends and family members in Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky and Texas.  What a wonderful journey it has been.  This website contains the results of my research.  It is still very much a work in progress. I encourage people to use the information on my website as a starting place to do research on their own. I also have a list of my sources for those who are interested in knowing where I got my information. I am willing to share with anyone wants to join me on my journey.  Please feel free to add to my research, make any corrections, and let me know how you connect with my family lines.  Everyone's input is welcome.  So let's get started.  Who knows where it will lead us.
